Job summary

IXL Learning in Raleigh, NC is seeking an upbeat Inside Sales representative to support our rapidly growing global customer base. This role requires you to be in our Raleigh area office and to engage with potential customers to demonstrate our web-based learning platform.

You will follow up leads, conduct cold outbound calls, qualify prospects, and assist with sales campaigns. Strong communication, presentation, and time-management skills are essential, with experience in Salesforce being a plus.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• Experience in customer service or inside sales preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of web applications.
• Ability to accommodate various global time zones is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead follow up for transactional sales and data input for processing.
• Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound sales leads to communicate IXL's value proposition.
• Ensure timely processing of leads and assist with sales campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities for sales teams to achieve growth.
• Conduct web demonstrations using screen sharing.
