Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, run life skills workshops, and drive student success across K-12 campuses. You will develop leaders, maintain high standards, and foster a culture focused on excellence and accountability.

The role emphasizes coaching over traditional teaching, with relocation-supported onsite work at select campuses including Santa Barbara, CA. A strong track record in education leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
Experience leading teams of five or more and making performance-based decisions.

Responsibilities

Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
Support launching new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
