Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides and deliver exceptional student experiences across campuses. You will lead life skills workshops and motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals through self-directed programs.

You will use data, observations, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes, while helping open new Alpha campuses and building a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years leading education, coaching, or learning and development.
• Experience building and leading teams of five or more.
• Proven ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Willingness to work on-site at Alpha campuses.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's high standards.
• Lead engaging life skills workshops for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building an excellence-focused culture.
