Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to coach Guides, lead life skills workshops, and drive student success across multiple campuses. You will build and sustain a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement while guiding teams that empower K-12 learners beyond traditional classrooms.

The role emphasizes data-driven leadership, scalability, and opening new campuses, with relocation support and a full-time W2 arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.
• Experience launching a new team, program, or campus and willingness to help open a new campus from zero.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, focus, and other skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals and progress in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
