Job summary

Alpha is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead Guides and staff across campuses, overseeing people, operations, and outcomes. You will coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.

You will use data to drive improvements, run life-skills workshops, and help open new campuses. This full-time, on-site role requires a background in education/psychology/business and at least five years in a leadership position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people.
• Ability to use data to drive performance improvements.
• Background in education, coaching, or leadership roles within schools.

Responsibilities

• Coach Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead engaging life-skills workshops to develop communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within self-directed programs.
• Use data and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and establish new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence.
