Job summary

Crossover, on behalf of Alpha, is seeking an Education Program Manager to lead the program that drives Alpha's K-12 learning model. You will coach Guides, run life-skills workshops, and coach students to high achievement across multiple campuses.

You will manage operations, recruitment, and performance, ensuring uncompromising standards while expanding Alpha's campus network. This is a high-impact, full-time leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational or coaching settings.
• Experience building or launching a new team, program, or campus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding high standards.
• Lead life-skills workshops to develop communication, leadership, and real-world skills for K-12 students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals within self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and student outcomes.
• Help launch new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
