Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Education Program Manager to lead a growing network of K-12 campuses. You’ll coach Guides, run life-skills workshops, and ensure student outcomes meet Alpha’s high standards.

This is a full-time on-site role requiring 5+ years in education or related leadership, a Bachelor's with Master's preferred, and willingness to relocate to multiple markets. Compensation is $200,000 USD/year with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or a related leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing teams of five or more people, including hiring and performance-based decisions.
• Demonstrated success using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, coaching, or developmental settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while maintaining Alpha's high standards.
• Leading life skills workshops that develop communication, leadership, focus, and other real-world skills for K-12.
• Motivating students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Using data, observation, and coaching conversations to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Help launch and open new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
