Alpha is hiring a high-impact Education Program Manager to lead a growing network of K-12 campuses. You will coach Guides, run engaging life skills sessions, and drive student outcomes through data-informed leadership.

This role emphasizes a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across campuses. The position requires a proven track record in education leadership, relocating to ready campuses, and guiding teams through expansion while maintaining uncompromising

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in education, coaching, learning and development, or related leadership.
• Experience leading teams of five or more, including hiring and performance decisions.
• Experience using data to drive performance improvements.
• Experience with children ages 5–14 in educational or coaching settings.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Guides to deliver exceptional student experiences while upholding Alpha's standards.
• Lead life skills workshops to build communication and leadership in students.
• Motivate students to achieve ambitious learning goals in self-directed programs.
• Use data, observation, and coaching to improve Guide performance and outcomes.
• Support launch of new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence and accountability.
