Job summary

Blue Engine seeks a Manager of Program Implementation – Tennessee to deliver high-quality implementation across Tennessee LEAs. The role involves diagnosing implementation needs, developing support plans, and coordinating professional learning with district leaders, coaches, and educators.

You will travel up to 60% within East, Middle, and West Tennessee, partner with the Tennessee Department of Education, and report to the VP, Program – Tennessee.

Qualifications

• K–12 teaching experience with impact on student outcomes.
• Coaching teachers and building instructional capacity.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative evidence to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical assistance and drive LEA impact.
• Coordinate scheduling, materials, and data collection.
• Design and facilitate professional learning and collaborative communities.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to improve RTI²‑A+B implementation.
