Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences while driving automation to increase efficiency. The role includes coordinating workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, managing inquiries, and collaborating with Finance and Legal on contracts.

It also focuses on process improvements and AI-driven scaling of workflows.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve.
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
