Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support execution and operational delivery of learning experiences. You will manage workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution with Finance and Legal to improve processes.

The role emphasizes program logistics, upskilling sessions, and driving AI-driven efficiency to scale manual tasks while tracking timelines and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
