Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in education programs or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Skilljar and AI tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate attempts flagged in systems.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding education programs in a timely manner.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal collaboration.
• Coordinate program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate trainings and webinars.
