Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of education initiatives across our learning platforms. You will coordinate scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution while driving automation to scale operations and reduce manual work.

You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of trainings, workshops, and webinars, and to foster continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program management or education operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs in a timely manner.
• Execute training and certification contracts, coordinating with Finance and Legal.
• Manage program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions across internal systems and processes.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
