Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support the execution of education programs with strong operational and administrative focus. You will handle scheduling, LMS updates, and candidate inquiries while collaborating across teams to ensure high-quality learning experiences.

The role emphasizes automating processes and driving efficiency, owning projects, and exploring AI innovations to scale activities. Total compensation includes base salary, bonus, and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in related roles.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling and LMS updates.
• Review candidate attempts and manage related inquiries.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal input.
• Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate upskilling sessions.
• Own projects, improvements and AI initiatives to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules and timelines for team stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
