Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education program execution, handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences. The role focuses on automating processes and increasing efficiency across education initiatives, with remote/hybrid work options.

The position offers a total compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs.
• Executes training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve.
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
