• Associate degree in a related field or 2+ years of technical support experience in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve Tier 1 helpdesk tickets for staff and students promptly.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, printing, login, and connectivity issues for district devices.
• Provide support for Chromebooks, Windows devices, Google Workspace, printers, and classroom A/V equipment.
• Assist with device setup, imaging, deployment, inventory tracking, and lifecycle replacement projects.
• Maintain documentation in the helpdesk system and provide on-site, remote, and phone support as needed.
