Montgomery College, Rockville Campus, seeks a full-time IT Support Specialist to deliver front-line support for college-wide technology, multimedia systems, and conference rooms for faculty, staff, and students. The role includes on-site and remote assistance, setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance across classrooms, labs, and offices.

Formación

• Associate degree in information systems, media or educational technology required.
• Three years of frontline IT support experience in educational settings.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site and remote IT support for PCs, networks, and AV systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain software, hardware, and labs/classrooms.
• Manage tickets and incidents via the IT Service Desk; collaborate with campus staff.
