Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Denver, CO territory. You’ll drive outside business development, counsel prospective students, and promote online programs while meeting ambitious targets.

Training will occur in Phoenix, AZ, and travel within the territory is required. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; no delinquent or in default on a federal student loan as verified in your credit report.
• Excellent time management; you’ll wear many hats and travel.
• Clear communication in person, in writing and on the phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; take ownership of time with students.
• High emotional intelligence; coach diverse students and nurture partnerships.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel; flexible schedule; evening/weekend availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: identify and implement event plans for your territory, raise awareness of online programs, drive inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students and families; promote Grand Canyon University student success.
• Heart and Hustle: guide students through admissions for online learning; work independently to meet ambitious targets.
