New hire training will be conducted in Phoenix, AZ. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in outside business development or consultative sales, strong communication and coaching skills, and the ability to travel within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in outside business development, consultative sales, or account management preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities essential.
• Must be comfortable travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution within the territory to promote programs and generate inquiries.
• Build partnerships with local colleges and influencers to support enrollment growth.
• Counsel prospective students and guide them through the admissions process.
