Starting salary is $75,000 with potential for a six-figure income after five years of successful service. You must live within 30 miles of Dallas and be willing to travel. New hire training is in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• No delinquent or in default on federal student loans; if in rehab, current payments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization, including travel.
• Clear communication in person, writing and phone.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset.
• High emotional intelligence; coaching diverse students.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution in territory; drive inquiry generation and partner with online programs.
• Counsel prospective students and families; promote university success and growth.
• Support admissions process and guide students to online learning completion.
