Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the Louisville–Lexington, KY territory in a community-focused role supporting Grand Canyon University students from inquiry to enrollment.

Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential to reach six figures after five years; new-hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus. Grand Canyon Education offers extensive tuition benefits for employees and dependents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Outstanding time management skills with ability to juggle priorities while traveling.
• Clear communication in person, in writing and on the phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; take ownership of time with students.
• High emotional intelligence; coach a diverse student base and nurture partnerships.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexible schedule for travel; some events may be evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools used to execute work.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: develop event plans for territory and drive inquiry generation.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students and families across channels to enroll.
• Heart and Hustle: support admissions process and guide online learning path for students.
