1st Fruits Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to build strong relationships with K-12 school districts, campuses, and higher education partners.

You will guide clients from onboarding through renewal of an online test-preparation solution in a mission‑driven education environment. The role emphasizes proactive engagement, data-driven insights, and collaboration with educators and administrators.

Qualifications

• At least two years in account management, customer success, or similar role.
• Experience with K-12 education, education technology, SaaS, or online learning is valuable.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data-analysis skills; CRM experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal.
• Lead kick-offs, training sessions, webinars, and strategy conversations.
• Use participation, usage, and performance data to improve engagement and results.
• Identify accounts needing support and opportunities to expand partnerships.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and district leaders in education.
