You’ll meet district leaders, present, attend recruiting events, and develop territory strategies, while handling CRM tools and performance metrics to achieve measurable goals.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of successful sales, business development, account management, or relationship-building experience.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Ability to travel 20-30% for meetings, recruiting events, and conferences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and strengthen relationships with school districts and charter schools throughout Colorado.
• Identify opportunities to increase teacher placements and expand partnerships.
