Job summary

3rd Millennium Classrooms is seeking a highly organized Higher Education Account Manager to guide colleges and universities through onboarding, course customization, integrations, and launch. You’ll coordinate with clients and internal teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and renewals while ensuring successful implementation.

You’ll maintain ongoing client relationships, support program engagement, and drive adoption across platforms such as HubSpot, JIRA, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and account management.
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new higher education accounts following the sales handoff, coordinating onboarding through successful launch.
• Manage multiple client implementations, tracking timelines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.
• Guide clients through course customization and technical setup, including SSO and SFTP.
• Serve as liaison between client IT departments and internal technical teams to coordinate integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in HubSpot and JIRA.
