Job summary

Prepory Coaching Group LLC seeks a Client Success Associate (College Counseling) to manage family relationships from orientation through final admissions decisions. This remote, full-time role requires evening and weekend availability and involves coaching admissions coaches, guiding families through program options, and driving renewals.

You’ll report to the Client Success Director and collaborate with Program Directors, Enrollment, and coaching teams.

Qualifications

• Selective college admissions knowledge required.
• Experience in customer success, client engagement, or consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Own the family relationship from orientation to final admissions decisions.
• Run new student orientations and parent check-ins.
• Mentor coaches on client communication and student needs.
• Drive renewals and add-on programming through relationship management.
• Coach a cohort of up to 15 students with regular advising sessions.
