Job summary

Prepory is seeking a Client Success Associate to manage family relationships from orientation through final admissions decisions. You will run orientations, lead parent check-ins with coaches, and escalate concerns when needed, while mentoring coaches on effective family communications.

You will nurture up to 15 students, guide personal statements and resumes, track deadlines, and help families choose the right college list and programming. This is a remote, full-time role with a commission plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in college admissions, admissions consulting, or a closely related field.
• Experience in customer success, client engagement, account management, or consultative sales.
• Extremely detail- and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a high-velocity environment.
• Availability to work at least one evening per week and 12 Saturdays or Sundays per year.
• Excellent listening, speaking, writing, and grammar skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new student orientations and parent check-in meetings.
• Serve as escalation point when expectations and coaching approaches diverge and guide families.
• Mentor college admissions coaches on client communication and tailored student needs.
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to adjust programming as student needs change.
• Grow relationships with families and introduce relevant Prepory programming.
• Coach a cohort of up to 15 students through advising, essays, and timelines.
