Job summary

Yondr is seeking an Account Executive, Education to drive new business with K-12 schools across the Maryland, DC, and Delaware region. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while serving as a trusted advisor to education leaders seeking distraction-free learning environments.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Ability to travel up to 60% to support customer meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to generate new business opportunities with K–12 schools and districts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through inbound/outbound outreach and referrals.
• Conduct in-person meetings, virtual presentations, and calls to establish relationships with education decision-makers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to close opportunities.
