Cengage is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow the NH/Eastern MA region by developing strategic plans, building relationships with educators and administrators, and presenting our digital solutions.

You will analyze market trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide post-sales support to ensure customer success and renewals. This is a global edtech role with base pay plus target incentives; some travel within the region is expected.

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the education technology sector.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and complete strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the NH/Eastern MA region.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with educators, administrators, and other key collaborators.
• Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our world-class digital solutions to potential clients.
• Examine market trends and competitor actions to discover new sales prospects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer happiness.
• Provide outstanding post-sales support to ensure clients successfully implement our solutions.
• Report on sales performance and provide insights to improve future strategies.
