RethinkEd is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline through targeted outbound and responsive inbound outreach. You will qualify prospects, coordinate with Account Executives, and partner with Marketing to optimize campaigns and lead quality.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in sales, BD, or customer-facing roles (EdTech a plus).
• Strong communication to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Highly organized with disciplined activity management.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
• Research and prioritize target accounts and personas within territories
• Execute multi-channel outreach with personalized, value-driven messaging
• Qualify prospects using defined frameworks and transition opportunities to Account Executives
• Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM and sales engagement tools
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, messaging feedback, and lead quality optimization
• Consistently meet or exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline generation targets
