Job summary

Wiley is seeking an Editorial Client Manager to lead a client group within Editorial and Peer Review Services, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will act as the primary contact for the client and for team members working on that client, ensuring smooth daily editorial operations and timely delivery.

You will conduct performance reviews, monitor workloads, and enforce Wiley policies while upholding professional standards with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing editorial projects.
• Experience leading teams and performing reviews.
• Proficiency in at least one major online peer review system.
• Strong client-service and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client queries and day-to-day editorial services.
• Conduct performance reviews for direct and indirect reports and monitor workloads.
• Enforce Wiley policies and uphold professional standards with clients and colleagues.
• Travel to client meetings and industry conferences as required.
