Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience as Managing Editor or Senior Managing Editor.
• Experience managing client projects and teams.
• Proficiency with at least one major online peer review system.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and team.
• Monitor workload, coverage, and capacity within the client group.
• Ensure day-to-day tasks are completed and clients are satisfied.
• Address issues with tasks or employees to maintain client satisfaction.
• Train staff on current protocols, systems, and best practices.
• Improve processes and best practices for the client group.
• Provide performance feedback for direct/indirect reports.
• Enforce Wiley policies and maintain professional work environment.
• Travel to client meetings and industry conferences as needed.
