Job summary

Array is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to serve as the primary client contact and lead the successful execution of eDiscovery projects. You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop plans, manage data workflows, oversee delivery, and provide consultative support throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging Relativity expertise.

You will collaborate across teams to ensure on-time delivery, high-quality results, and strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing eDiscovery projects for litigation support.
• Direct client interaction in a consultative or PM capacity.
• Experience supporting eDiscovery workflows and technologies.
• Experience managing end-to-end eDiscovery lifecycle in Relativity (RelativityOne/Server).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with quality and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand requirements and recommend eDiscovery solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery strategies with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor execution to ensure scope, quality, and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular client updates, reporting, and communication throughout the engagement.
• Support client use of Relativity by troubleshooting issues and providing guidance.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to client data while maintaining integrity and availability.
• Process client data using Relativity Processing workflows as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support project success and client satisfaction.
