Pittsburgh Paints is seeking an Account Development Manager to grow new sales and expand existing business within the Edina, MN market. This field-based role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.

You will develop account plans, pursue growth opportunities, and manage pricing and quotes to meet margins, using CRM to track activities and collaborate with store teams to satisfy customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of sales experience and strong customer service skills.
• CRM software experience preferred; coatings industry experience is valued.
• Daily travel within assigned territory; valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Grow sales through Pittsburgh Paints stores in the Edina, MN market and develop new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.
• Report to the Regional Manager and work in the field based in Edina, MN.
• Maintain account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage quotes to meet margin targets.
• Use CRM to track calls, accounts, and generate reports; collaborate with store managers to meet customer needs.
