Pittsburgh Paints seeks an Account Development Manager in the Edina, MN market to grow sales across stores and new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.

You will report to the Regional Manager, travel daily within the territory, and use CRM to manage accounts, quotes, and growth opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service aligned with promotions and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of sales experience and strong customer service.
• CRM experience preferred; coatings experience is highly sought after.
• Daily travel within assigned territory; must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Develop account planning strategies and grow existing accounts.
• Grow sales across Pittsburgh Paints Company stores and new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.
• Use CRM to run accounts, maintain logs, run reports, and track growth.
