Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company seeks an Account Development Manager to grow new sales through assigned Pittsburgh Paints Company stores and expand existing business across commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments. You will report to the Regional Manager and work onsite in the Jacksonville, FL market.

Key duties include developing account plans, leveraging CRM to manage calls and reports, and collaborating with store managers to meet customer needs while achieving margin targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of sales experience.
• CRM software experience preferred; coatings experience is highly sought after.
• Daily travel within your assigned territory; must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Grow new sales through assigned Pittsburgh Paints Company stores and develop new accounts in commercial, industrial, and new home construction segments.
• Manage accounts using a CRM, maintain call logs and contact info, and run reports.
• Collaborate with store managers to meet or exceed customer needs and achieve margin targets.
