Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create requests in databases to support customer orders (e.g., new customer account set up, pricing).
• Identify and coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness; confirm or correct orders.
• Meet or exceed order accuracy and turnaround time standards.
• Handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously.
• Compose accurate, prompt replies to all customer contacts.
• Handle all complaints per FDA regulations governing medical devices.
• Participate in projects and team meetings; provide support to team members.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback for process improvement.
