Qualifications

• Experience working with B2B customers, retailers, distributors, or similar business accounts.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and resolve order errors, including quantity and shipping address issues.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and other internal teams to resolve order-related issues.

• Review and validate pricing claims and provide support to the Finance team.
• Monitor order status and ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information within the ERP system.

Technical Skills

• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and occasional VLOOKUPs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and data entry
