Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• SAP ECC/S4HANA experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create requests in databases to support customer orders (new accounts, pricing).
• Identify and coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer satisfaction.
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness; confirm/correct orders.
• Meet or exceed order accuracy and turnaround time standards.
• Handle all customer contacts professionally and courteously.
• Compose accurate, prompt replies to all customer contacts.
• Handle all complaints according to FDA regulations governing medical devices.
• Participate in other projects as required and contribute in team meetings.
• Provide support to team members as needed.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and feedback for process improvements.
