Strong data entry skills, proficiency with SAP systems, and a professional demeanor are essential. The role emphasizes quality compliance, teamwork, and continuous training to stay current with product updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with ten-key calculator and data entry.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Implement scanning requirements for Customer Service Department.
• Invoicing – match and enter online invoices.
• Enter daily customer sales orders accurately.
• Process orders using SAP ERP, SAP CRM, EDI, DocXScan.
• Review backlog to ensure timely order release.
• Attend product training and update meetings.
• Follow ISO Quality Manual and safety policies.
• Communicate with customers and regional sales managers on pricing, parts numbers, and delivery dates.
• Collaborate with all departments to properly process orders.
• Archive orders and emails using ELO-Connect.
