Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is required or strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong communication, probing skills, and a professional telephone voice.
• Experience selling technical products is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Managing and responding to inbound engagements via phone and email.
• Acting quickly to resolve customer issues as they arise.
• Communicating interdepartmentally to improve OnLogic’s customer experience.
• Driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback about their purchasing journey.
• Working closely with operations to maximize efficiency in responding to inbound inquiries.
• Managing and advocating for online orders that need special attention to ship.
• Pre-qualifying and escalating promising leads quickly and accurately.
• Recommending OnLogic hardware and services based on a customer’s specific technical requirements.
