Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Sales Leader to drive the growth of Accenture Edge in the US. The role focuses on thought leadership and hands-on development of a new business area, leading end-to-end sales cycles and advising C-suite executives.

You will partner with pre-sales, delivery, and alliance teams to shape solutions, expand the client base, and win strategic opportunities while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 5+ years selling consulting, managed services, cloud transformation, or digital transformation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead fit/gap and other sessions to understand client environments and co-develop a data strategy for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery to address requirements and scope properly.
• Prospect for new customers and nurture existing customers to win add-on business.
• Manage a prospect list and pipeline with CRM hygiene across customers and opportunities.
• Engage with regional Accenture sales teams to align on joint pursuit strategies.
• Participate in market events and expand product and solution knowledge.
• Position requires travel to client sites and events; travel 25%–50%.
