Job summary

Accenture Edge for AWS seeks a Tech Practice Leader - Data and AI to build and lead the Data & AI practice for mid-market customers. You will define strategy, portfolio, and governance, own bookings and revenue growth, and drive reusable offerings across data lakehouse, data mesh, and AI operations.

You will lead strategic pursuits, solutioning, and executive engagements with CIO/CTO/CDO level stakeholders, and drive market-demand initiatives, while advancing responsible AI and secure AI

Qualifications

• 15+ years in data/analytics/AI/cloud architecture/consulting or transformation delivery
• 5+ years leading and scaling a Data & AI practice or cloud data engineering team
• 5+ years with AWS Data & AI architecture and deployment experience
• 5+ years leading complex pursuits and executive workshops
• 5+ years with executive-level communication with CIO/CTO/CDO/CAIO/CISO

Responsibilities

• Define Data & AI strategy, portfolio, operating model and growth roadmap
• Lead offerings across data strategy, lakehouse, data mesh, governance and AI operations
• Own bookings and revenue growth for the practice and originate opportunities
• Lead strategic pursuits, value cases, and executive presentations
• Develop reusable patterns for AI delivery, RAG, agents, and AI observability
• Represent the practice externally through thought leadership and events
