Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Physical AI Sales and Client Solutions Leader to originate, shape, and close complex AI transformation opportunities across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and asset-intensive environments. 8+ years of experience in tech sales, consulting, or business development in industrial sectors.
Proven ability to originate and close complex transformation engagements.
Experience engaging executive buyers and translating business problems into value roadmaps.
Leadership of cross-functional pursuit teams and proposal development.
Ability to communicate credibly with business, engineering, IT, and OT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute account and market sales strategies for the full Physical AI portfolio.
Identify and qualify opportunities addressing throughput, labor, safety, and uptime.
Build executive relationships and translate priorities into a value-led Physical AI agenda.
Lead end-to-end pursuits from qualification through negotiation and delivery transition.
Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams across accounts, industries, and partners.
Ensure solutions are differentiated, credible, and scalable with measurable outcomes.
Develop business cases and commercial constructs combining services and assets.
Create client-facing narratives, proposals, and demonstrations linking AI capabilities to reinvention.
