Job summary

• Discuss financial obligation and refer to Financial Advocates when needed.
• Educate patients on insurance coverage and pre-certification requirements.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to patients and visitors.
• Monitor electronic health record queues and assist the healthcare team.
