Responsibilities

Oversee daily Patient Access activities to ensure accurate registration and insurance capture.
Monitor staff productivity and provide real-time coaching.
Escalate issues to Manager; assist with staffing coverage.
Ensure compliance with payer requirements, HIPAA, and policies.
Supervise frontline representatives and participate in onboarding/training.
Collaborate with clinical units to resolve access-related issues.
