Qualifications

• Ability to pass Patient Access Academy with a score of 85% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient experience using CARES, AIDET, and EPE tools.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using online verification systems.
• Obtain and enter demographic and financial information for account completion.
