Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an Order Processing Assistant to support ecommerce operations. You will handle order validation, communications with distribution centers, and coordination with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely pick-ups, labels, and BOLs.

This role emphasizes accuracy, reporting, and process improvement. You will process returns, manage daily WIP reports, and ensure PO and shipment data align across WMS, NetSuite, and the customer site.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Update the Pending Approvals report for the Ecommerce Sales Team.
• Send out emails to partner DCs for late or due today purchase orders.
• Review validity of order details such as PO counts and units in WMS.
• Coordinate with warehouse replenishment and Order Management Analysts on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, pallet summaries, load guides, and BOLs.
• Submit missed pick-up tickets and update customer website accordingly.
• Ensure all POs are picked up, scanned, and BOLs uploaded.
• Process returns and undelivered goods on the website and update returns report.
• Run WIP reports and update the WIP Information Report.
• Compare PO counts between portal and NetSuite for Ecommerce orders.
• Cancel POs with inventory discrepancies across WMS, NetSuite and site.
• Maintain the Work in Progress board and handle alerts and replacements.
• Communicate weekly orders forecast to Senior Warehouse Leadership.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
