Job summary

Audio Advice is expanding its Warehouse/Logistics team in Raleigh, NC. The role focuses on accurate picking/packing, shipping via multiple carriers, and handling returns and RMAs.

You will work closely with the Product & Inventory Manager and cross-train across warehouse duties. Ideal candidates bring hands-on warehouse experience, strong communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Logistics experience required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk/crouch.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail oriented with high quality standards.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Ship products via UPS, FedEx and freight carriers.
• Verify orders for accuracy before shipping.
• Process returns and assist with RMAs.
• Perform inbound receiving and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and follow safety procedures.
