Job summary

Live Comfortably is seeking an Order Processing Assistant to support ecommerce order flows from Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on accuracy and timely handling of purchase orders, shipping documents, and related reports.

The position requires coordination with warehouse, carrier, and order management teams; strong MS Office skills; and familiarity with WMS/NetSuite would be a plus. It is a full-time, on-site role at our Fayetteville facility.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities and detail orientation.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS and NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Update the Pending Approvals report for the Ecommerce Sales Team.
• Send emails to partner DCs for late or due today orders.
• Review order details in WMS as provided by Order Management Analyst.
• Coordinate with warehouse replenishment and analytics on discrepancies.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, pallets, load guides, and BOLs.
• Process returns and undelivered goods on the website as needed.
• Run WIP reports and update the WIP Information Report.
• Compare portal PO counts to NetSuite for Ecommerce orders.
• Cancel purchase orders with inventory discrepancies.
• Update Work in Progress board.
• Handle alerts, cancellations, replacements on the customer’s site.
• Communicate weekly order forecasts to Senior Warehouse Leadership.
• Adhere to safety policies; perform other duties as assigned.
