Job summary

Eaton’s CPDI OPS division is seeking an Order Fulfillment Project Specialist based in Raleigh, NC. You will influence commitments, monitor backlog progress, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time final shipment.

Responsibilities include leading 72-hour reviews, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and ops, and maintaining a customer-first approach while communicating clearly with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3 years of related experience in supply chain or operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Preferred: SAP experience.
• Preferred: Project management certification.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Influence CPS commitments and monitor schedule attainment for UPS, Batteries, Switchboards, and Accessories for the customer.
• Act as a point of contact representing Raleigh CPS manufacturing with customers, sales, customer service, and project management.
• Participate in shipping tool reviews and production tier meetings to relay priorities and track backlog order progression.
• Lead cross-functional 72-hour reviews with engineering, customer service, supply chain, operations, and systems test.
• Monitor project milestones through engineering and operations.
• Collaborate with drop ship scheduling to meet project timelines.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in project management, product management, service, sales, engineering, and operations.
